1. Senior ID system Administrator (2)

Job description

Enforce system security measures

Recommend the upgrading of software where necessary and provide technical advice in procurement of software and database selection

2. Senior database and applications Administrators (2)

Job description

Provide technical support for existing databases and modify existing databases as circumstances change

Customise commercial databases and systems for specific needs

Implement comprehensive maintenance procedures for the database system and repair the damaged databases

Implement database security policies including access authorization and authentication Responsible for regular backups and implementation of redundant database systems

Systems integration and development of new tools

Assist users in the proper and efficient use of database systems

Manage the AFIS and MDIS Database

Job description

Provide Technical support to the Smart Card Technology System; - Support the production of Smart Card;

Insure Security of Smart Card System;

Monitor and Control the current Smart Card System of ID

Provide Technical Training on Smart Card

Provide adequate technical specification of the Smart Card

4. Systems integration specialist (1)

Job description

Provide Technical support to the existing System Integration;

Develop System Integration framework;

Coordinate and work closely with Institution that wants to integrate with National ID Agency System;

Maintain the Hybrid System and provide technical support to the users (Institutions);

Design, test, document the new Integration System;

Including continuous updates of in-house created;

Design a disaster recovery for System Integration;

Recommend appropriate technical specification for System Integration specifications;

Analyze and recommend appropriate hardware to users;

Job description

Responsible for card finishing process

Loading of materials onto finishing machine

Monitoring of materials as they pass through the machine

Resolve problems with material jams

Replenishment of laminate-rolls to maintain production

Monitoring of stocks of laminate

Reporting of issues to support engineer, for example:

Laminate not sticking correctly

Cards not punching accurately

Key competencies

A0 in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering with 3 years of

working experience with Printing Machinery or Al in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering with 5 years of working experience with Printing Machinery.

6. Senior IT system Auditor (1)

Job description

Evaluating an verifying operating systems, procedures, internal controls, and recorded incident related to Production System and Administration users ,

Adequately analyzing and documenting all information systems and related controls, and developing an appropriate audit program to test the controls identified.

Preparing draft audit reports in good form, with recommendations, appraisals, or analyses that will assist the area manager with the proper discharge of his or her responsibilities

Evaluating the adequacy of the security and processing controls as they relate to each audit, and the effectiveness of general computer controls in effect in the IT environment.

Access the process and procedure to protect the system

Key competencies

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, orA1 in related field with 2 years of working experience.

7. Hardware engineer (2)

Job description

Design and oversee the production of computer hardware equipment; Analyze hardware problem and recommend appropriate hardware to users; Provide technical support for infection computers

8. Procurement officer (1)

Job description

Prepare and publish the annual procurement plan;

Prepare bidding documents;

Publish and distribute invitations to bids;

Receive and safe keeping of bids and ensure their security;

Act as Secretary of Tender Committee;

Participate in the opening and evaluation sessions;

Ensure that bids opening and bids evaluation report are prepared in time; Prepare the notification of tender award;

Prepare the contract of all tenders awards;

Follow up the contract execution in collaboration with the beneficiary departments; Prepare regular report as stipulated in procurement regulations;

Ensure proper and system filling of all documents related to procurement

Job description

Responsible for operation of the production house

Ensure card production is at the required volume to meet targets

Ensure supply of raw materials (Teslin, toner, spare parts) Maintain security of the production process

Manage staffing levels required to meet card production target

Produce handover report for following shift, including number of cards produced, orders placed, problems encountered (technical, staff, data etc).

Management of ordering raw materials (Teslin etc) Prepare site for scheduled maintenance

11. Card Printing officer (2)

Job description

Execute printer start-up procedures

Loading of Teslin into printers

Fixing of printer jams

Logging of problems requiring support engineer

Removal of printed Teslin from printer

Visual inspection of output quality

Provide information to printer operators regarding print quality

Prepare Teslin for transfer to Spartanics

Responsible of stock management

Job description

Participate in the annual budget preparation process

Collect individual budget requests from all units

Participate in the implementation of the annual budget

Prepare annual expenditure plan that is consistent with the approved budget

Prepare monthly and quarterly cash flow plan in the format provided by MINECOFIN

Make regular budget commitments and prepare payment orders for processing by Treasury

Follow-up the processing of payment authorizations and payments

Participate in the preparation of periodic financial reports

Prepare monthly and quarterly budget execution reports in the format provided by MINECOFIN Participate in the preparation of the annual financial statements in the area concerning budget execution

Job description

Collect the data and evidence for elaboration of sector policies, strategies and plans

Prepare the terms of reference of new projects;

Ensure that the strategic plans are results-oriented Consolidate the plan of actions of departments;

Develop sector investment plans

Develop and strengthen a relationship with stakeholders and organize meetings for annual review and reviews at the end of programs Coordinate the budget preparation
