Ibinyomoro imbuto zirinda zimwe mu ndwara zikomeye cyane

Ibinyomoro byatangiye guhingirwa muri amerika y’amajyepfo. Siho byera gusa cyane kuko no mu Rwanda, afurika y’epfo, Australiya na New Zealand (iza ku mwanya wa mbere) ari bimwe mu bihugu byeramo cyane.

Biri mu moko 3; hari ibitukura (ibi nibyo bizwi cyane mu gace duherereyemo), iby’umuhondo ndetse n’ibifite ibara rya zahabu.

Ibinyomoro bikungahaye kuki?

Ikinyomoro kibamo:

- Vitamine A na carotenes biboneka cyane mu binyomoro by’umuhondo, naho iby’umutuku bibonekamo anthocyanin kurusha andi moko

- Vitamin C na E

- Vitamine B zitandukanye; harimo B1, B2 na B6

- Citric acid n’indi yitwa malic acid nayo ibonekamo ku bwinshi

- Potasiyumu

Akamaro k’ibinyomoro ku buzima

- Ibinyomoro bikungahaye kuri potasiyumu cyane. Potasiyumu izwiho kugabanya ibibazo bishobora guterwa n’umunyu mwinshi (sodium), harimo gufasha umutima gutera neza no kugabanya umuvuduko w’amaraso ndetse no kuringaniza amatembabuzi aba mu turemangingo.
