Ni byiza kwishimana n’abantu mugaseka, ariko se mwari muzi ko guseka bifite akamaro gakomeye mu buzima bw’umuntu?


Ni byo, abahanga bavuga ko igitwenge ari umuti ukomeye. Igitwenge cyongerera umuntu ubudahangarwa bw’umubiri, gituma umuntu yumva aguwe neza, igitwenge kandi kigabanya ububabare , kikarinda umuntu kugerwaho n’ingaruka zo guhangayika (effects of stress).
