Kunuka igikara cg igikara bivugwa mu gihe umuntu ahorana icyuya kinuka, ndetse ukaba wacyeka ko atajya akaraba.

Izi mvubura rero zo mu kwaha no mu myanya ndangagitsina nizo ahanini zitera kunuka igikara, kuko ho hahora hapfutse, bagiteri kuhororokera birazorohera bityo hagahora impumuro runaka. Indi mpamvu nuko icyo cyuya kiba kirimo poroteyine zoroshye gushwanyaguza zikavamo aside.

None kunuka igikara biterwa n’iki ?

Ni gute nahangana na byo ?

Irinde ibirungo byinshi. Ibirungo nka tungurusumu, urusenda, poivron, bimwe tugura nka kawomera, simba mbili, asante, n’ibindi bitera bamwe kugira icyuya bihumuramo. Ubushakashatsi bukiri gukorwa bwerekana ko no kurya inyama zitukura biri mu byongera ibyago byo kunuka igikara. Inzoga n’ikawa kimwe n’ibindi byose bikabura umubiri, wabigabanya.
