Kuri ubu usanga abantu benshi bagorwa no kumenya ikintu bakora kugirango umukunzi wabo ahore anezerewe nyamara ntago bigoye hari indimi eshanu ushobora gukoresha zikagufasha kumenya urwo umukunzi wawe yumva vuba ndetse rukamuha ibyishimo .

1. Amagambo meza ( Words of affirmation): Hari abantu uzasanga bakunda amagambo meza kuruta ibindi byose wamukorera murukundo kuburyo iyo wamubwiye neza biba bihagije kuri we ndetse akanyurwa n’urukundo arimo.

2. Igihe (Quality time): Mu rukundo uzasanga hari umuntu unezezwa nuko wamuhaye igihe rimwe na rimwe akabona ko hari nibyo wigomwe kugirango mube muri kumwe cg umwumve icyo gihe iyo wabikoze rwose ntakabuza urukundo rwanyu ruraryoha kuko muba mwishimye.

4. Impano ( Receiving gifts): Uzasanga kandi mu rukundo hari abantu banezezwa nuko wabahaye impano akenshi abantu nkabo ntanubwo bareba ingano cg se agaciro ifite ahubwo icyo baha agaciro cyane n’uburyo wabazirikanye akanyurwa nicyo umuhaye kandi mukabaho mwishimye.

5. Kumukoraho (Phyisical Touch) : Mu rukundo kandi uzasanga hari abanezezwa nuko wabakozeho akanyurwa nabyo kandi nawe ukishimira ibyishimo by’umukunzi wawe.
